38 Week Pregnancy Update ♡

 Hi Dolls,
So I'm back for another pregnancy update blog! Coming to the end of my pregnancy has been very emotional still doesn't feel real I'm so close to meeting m daughter, It feels like It has gone very quick but I have been waiting a life time for her! The last couple of weeks have been a struggle! I haven't been able to sleep much at all, some night's I get the best sleep and some night's I get no sleep, so I have been very up and down I'm one of those grumpy people who get no sleep! The past week I have had to move my stuff to my boyfriends house where I will be living abit after baby is born! and that was alot! My boyfriend lives an hour away from my mums house where I will be giving birth, so I was very anxious being there for a week! and I started having Braxton Hicks at night and sometimes during the day! It was a very crazy week! At my last hospital appointment, they conformed that she is measuring and weighing at a normal size, and that there is no more room for her to grow any bigger! and that she is head down and ready to engage to my pelvis so all that is left to do is wait!
How Big is my Baby: Acording to my Pregnancy + app she is the size of a watermelon :| Weight between 2800-4000gr Length between 48-52 cm
Stretch MarksUgh These are still painful! they are starting to discolour since I haven't gained anymore weight! But have become so itchy! I'm still rubbing bio oil and moisturizers into them! But I'm so glad they look like they are going down!!!
Maternity Clothes: I have only gone up two clothing sizes so I'm still fitting into some of my old clothes and some maternity clothes I brought at the start of my pregnancy ! I love maternity clothes they have been so comfortable! Kmart, Target and BigW have been the best for maternity clothes for me!
Food Cravings: My Cravings are still the same! its still chewing on ice cubs! which got very bad when my jaw swelled up from chewing hahah but it didn't stop me!
Movements: I'm still feeling her move but not as much as she was she is starting to slow down alot which they say happens towards the end of the pregnancy! I feel big movements at night when I'm trying to get comfortable
What I miss: Ugh I miss not having a belly! I miss my old clothes :'(
What I'm Loving:  I'm loving doing her nursery! it has been so much fun to put her room together with my boyfriend!
Lifestyle & how it's changed: My lifestyle hasn't changed, I still try and go out! I guess some days I can't be bother to go out and do things! but I still try and stay social!
Bump Photo:
Here is my baby bump photo at 38 weeks!!! still high but starting to drop alot!!

Everyday Skin Routine ♡

Hey Guys, so I really wanted to share my skin care routine with all of you because it has been working for me really well and I’m really enjoying doing this every morning and night! All of these products are under $20 so it’s really good if you’re on a budget! You can pick these product’s up from your local Priceline! Now I have never had the best skin, I have combination skin, so depending on the weather if it’s cold I have very dry and sensitive and when it is hot I have oily skin! But 90% of the time I’m oily in my T zone and I have a dry forehead and chin!  Plus dealing with the monthly breakouts which I can’t stand and I have some blackhead that pop up every now and then, so I really like to cleanse and scrub my skin to get in the right shape! I feel like I have tried every product under the skin! From proactive to Dermalogica, I used dermalogica for about 6 months when I studied my beauty therapy course and my skin hated it, it just made me brake out! I worked for Proactive for almost 2 years, and personally I would recommend Proactive for people with savvier acne, some products are fine for people who don’t but the products are very strong! So I really have had my fair share of skin care products! So this routine is really working for me at the moment and I rally recommended these products for people who go through the same problems I do with skin!

So I first thing I do before anything is, I remove any eye makeup I have left on my face from the day with Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water! I’m really enjoying this product, it removes all my eye makeup and mascara! ( I have already done a product review which can be found here product review - micellar cleansing water)
How I use this product:
I Use an oversized cotton paid drenched with the cleansing water and I hold it on my eye for 20 seconds and wipe away all the makeup with one wipe! I continue this on both eyes twice to make sure all product from my eyes is removed.

This is the Sukin Foaming facial Cleanser and the Revitalising Facial Scrub
Now I'm LOVING these two products I can't get enough of them! these products are only $9.99 in priceline and I think that is a bargan! I have already re-purchaed these and they have really helped clean my skin up!

 Foaming Facial Cleanser
Lightly foaming and sulphate and paraben free.
This sulphate free wash is a  gentle, non drying cleanser that  remove impurities leaving your skin feeling soft, clear and clean. Combines chamomile, aloe vera, witch hazel and green tea with macadamia and evening primrose oils to purify and balance your skin.
Suitable for all skin types especially oily and sensitive.
Perfect right?

How i use it:
In the shower i pump a small pump into my hands and rub this all over my face eyes and down my neck for a even better cleanse then I will rub my face gently until foaming then rinse off

Revitalising Facial Scrub
This gentle creamy treatment promotes healthy skin circulation, refining texture and smoothness, leaving clean radiant skin.
This is a  gentle cleanser and uses non-abrasive, micro particles of bamboo extract and ground walnut shells to remove dirt and impurities leaving clean, radiant skin. Aloe vera and chamomile work to soothe skin and rose hip, jojoba and sesame replenish and protect the skin’s moisture barrier.

How I use it:
Squirting a decent amount of product in my hands and in circular motion starting on my checks and then my skin and dispensing it all over my face and scrub down my neck, and then rinse.

My skin can be very sensitive at times and I really enjoy toning my face I feel refreshed and smooth after using a toner! But because of my sensitive skin I can't use alot of toners because it burns my skin and just hurts like a bitch! but I'm really enjoying this toner its light and just so nice and doesn't burn my skin!

Simple soothing Facial Toner
100% alcohol free and pH balanced formula refreshes your skin without drying it. Simple Soothing Facial Toner best prepares your skin for applying moisturizer.

How i use it:
Apply a decent amount of a cotton paid and apply all over my face.

When I first moved to Sydney in 2012 i worked a Proactive for about a year or two! and I enjoyed it so much it's a great company! but I believe the product should only be for people who have extremely bad acne! It has got alot of peroxide in the Products! but most products I do use and love! and this is one of them I have really been enjoying for a spot treatment!

Advanced Blemish Cream

Tip: For a stubborn pimple, apply this first.

The Advanced Blemish Cream is fantastic. If I have one little zit, it just dries it out and makes it go away. It's like magic. Concentrated Benzoyl Peroxide (5%) penetrates pores to clear the blemish. Allantoin, panthenol absorb excess oil, soothe irritation and moisturise the skin. It dries invisible. Packaged in a "take anywhere" handy tube.

 How I use it :
After I have done all my toning and skin care, I use the tiniest bit of this on any breakouts! and just let it dry and BAMB Pimple gone.

So because my skin is very and and sensative I have been trying to find some hydrating products for it and I heard alot of good things about rose hip oil from Sukin and beacause I was already using the other products I decided to use the Sukin brand Rose hip and at priceline they had the rose hip and the mouisture restoring night cream together for $20.00 when the night cream is $20.00 and then Rose Hip is $23.00 so I got a pretty good deal! I had My eye on a night cream for my skin that wouldn't make it red and rashy like others do! and I'm really loving this!

Certified Organic Rose Hip Oil 25ml
Rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins to soothe, soften and hydrate skin.
100% Certified Organic and one of Sukin's best selling products.

Containing essential fatty acids, necessary for protecting cell membranes as well as vitamin E, beta carotene and the powerful anti-ageing antioxidant lycopene. This unique oil feeds the skin vital nutrients to promote radiant, healthy looking skin. Sukin’s rose hip oil is cold pressed harnessed from the seeds of wild Chilean grown rosehips via a solvent-free extraction process to retain the oils precious actives for optimal performance.

How I use it:
I squirt two drops into my hand and massage into my skin and down my neck. and wait for it to dry.

Moisture Restoring Night Cream (120ml)
A non greasy, rich night time moisturiser!
Enriched with rose hip, evening primrose and borage oils to promote elasticity and protect the skin’s moisture barrier.Aloe Vera, Rosehip Oil, Borage Oil, Sesame Oil, Cocoa Butter, Evening Primrose Oil

How I use it:
After I have done all the steps and just before i go to bed I rub a small amount into the skin and down my neck
Let  me know if yous use the same products or any others or would love some recommendations.
Much Love, Amber xxxx

Top 4 Fake Tans ♡

Hey Dolls,
So I'm very obsessed with being tanned! I'm not naturally, I'm very white :(  Which i hate so much! It's so hard to find a decent tan that last and doesn't make you look like an oompa loompa or worse! Now I have had my fair share of horrible fake tans, my chest and my neck is very dry! No matter what I do it's always dry! Costume jewelry never lasts long because of my dry chest and fake tan doesn't stay on my chest very long without getting super blotchy and flaky always before the rest of my body so I never have a fake tan on very long because of that ( 2-4 days) and I really hate more then anything! So I have tried to find a very moisturizing fake tan that last! So here are 4 of the fake tans that i have tested ( there all empty) and I can honestly say they lasted between 1-3 weeks before going blotching and me having to exfoliate! I use the in shower moisturizer ( nivea in-shower rich body lotion - very dry skin) then I moisturizer with The Dream Cream from lush, and it has been making my skin so soft and my fake tans longer lasting!

#1 St.Tropez Dark ($39.99) - So I brought this at a priceline sale for $20 usually $39.99. I have always wanted to try it but never wanted to spent $40 on a fake tan! I'm glad I picked it up in the sale because it is so worth $40 it's such a nice colour and give such a nice glow and is very moisturizing which is great for my body! I'm not a big pan of spray tans i prefer moose! but the colour guard is very true and and very identifying so you can make use you  never get lines or uneven parts! this product is worth the hype and if you can afford it's worth it 100%

2# Bondi Sands Dark ($19.99) - This is my 6th bottle of this tan and I'm so inlove with it! and the price of it for what you get makes it even better! The colour is very dark! darker then the ST. Tropez one but it definitely fades and gives you a nice colour after a couple of days! It's a very matte colour i don't really get a glow with it, but can definitely say it is very compatible with the St. Tropez one. This one is a tad more drying on me but I still can't get enough of it!

Le Tan Deep Bronze ($12.39) - This fake tan will always have a spot in my collection know matter what! this is my old school tan that I use to use back in the day and still use now! When the colour says deep bronze it isn't kidding its very bronze, abit on the orange side but once you shower and wash the colour guard off you get a nice bronze colour this doesn't last as long as i would hope! but I love to use it if I'm going out and want to be brown! my chest hates this products it goes very blotchy quickly so i usally don't use alot of it on my chest! but if you are on a budget this is perfect!

Lacura Instant Tan Deep Bronze - Well my mum brought this for me from aldi i would like to say for under $10! this is great to spray and go, i really like the colour it doesn't stay on very long but you definitely get a great glow and a nice beachy tan with it! I'm not a fan of the spray it doesn't come out in a nice consistence it like spits at you but definitely you can work with it! If you can get your hands on this one definitely do so!

Let me know what your top 4 fake tans are?

Love always, amber ♡♡

Top 5 Mascaras ♡

Hey Guys, Sorry I have been MIA the last couple of days! I have been trying to set up my Youtube Channel! which is link on my blog! so check it out :)
So, I'm going to share with you's my top 5 Mascaras! Now I'm a crazy Mascara lover, I love trying new ones, I have very short lashes that don't hold a curl, so I do use alot at once to voluimze them! so these are some products that I have found that works great and I'm going to share my thoughts and tips and tricks with them!

#1 Bobbi Brown:  Lash Glamour Extreme Lengthening Mascara

I'm so madly in love with the mascara its crazy! It really lengthens you're eyelashes and makes them look longer then what they are, which I really do need! The secret? a unique brush, In just one sweep you get noticeably longer lashes & perfect separation. And because the Mascara is enriched with olive-derived emollients, Vitamin B and humectants, the long-wearing mascara conditions lashes while staying smudge & flake-free. You'll be lash obsessed just like I am! So ladies get your hands on this bad boy!

2# Benefit: They're Real!
All I have to say is WOW! This Mascara is one of my must have and grabs everyday, everywhere I go this bad boy follows me! At first I hated it and didn't know how to use it properly because of the end of the brush! But the brush helps reveal lashes you never even knew you had! But don't give up! Just keep trying! I have my own special technique that works for me! So keep trying it's worth the hype! so this mascara helps lengthen, curl, volumize, lift and separate the look of your lashes for gorgeous definition. The long-wearing formula dries glossy.

3# L'OREAL Paris: Telescopic Mascara
I find that the Telescopic Mascara really does do it's job some days when I'm lazy I use this on its own and it really does offers up to 60% longer lashes, reinforced at the base and embellishes lashes with a few simple strokes. The first mascara from L''Oreal Paris, which lengthens and defines lashes. The innovative and flexible precision brush separates and lengthens lashes in a beautiful way without no clumps. #dreamcometrue?

4# Rimmel London: Scandal'eyes Lycra Flex Mascara
The brush on this Mascara is a big one which I really do love, It gets right into the lashes and Lift them! This leaves my lashes soft and fluffy and gives it a nice curl! The  Lycra technology formula is  designed to build volume for full lashes. I really will be repurchasing this product again it is really worth it!

#5  Maybelline: Volum' Express One By One Mascara
Finally,a  bold volume without any of the bulk. Patented lash catcher brush has 3 bristles per lash to make every lash count. Volum' Express One By One Mascara catches, coats and de-clumps each lash to make them all fatter and flirtier. Instant clump-free volume. This is really great if you use more then one mascara at once, it does a really good job of separating those clumpy lashes and just leaving you with soft looking lashes, which everyone wants?

So that's my top 5 mascaras! I really hope this helped you ladies find the right mascara for you!
leave me in the comments below you favourite ones! i would love to know!

Love always, amber ♡♡
