Being a mum! | Amber Lorraine ♡

Hi dolls! 

Being a mum has been one of the most challenging things I have ever been through in life! 

Having a child really test your patients! But It is the biggest blessing In life! 

Having A newborn to 6 month old is such a joy and very easy! and after that WOW! Its been a hard road!

 Lily is now 9 months old she is the sweetest little devil! She is now crawling and pulling herself up! almost ready to walk! I have to keep an eye on her at all times cause she would rather pick up a little bit of fluff and eat it then play with toys! she is very full on all kids are at this age they get all this energy! She is very alert and switched on! She now says , Dad, Bub, Mum, Nan, Yeah! 

Since January we have a difficult time with her at night, Since 6 weeks old Lily has slept though the night roughly 10 hours! and since January she has been waking up in the middle of the nigh 4 times! It has been very difficult trying to figure out why!!! But I have been told that It's something 8-9 month olds go through! 

Being Pregnant I never thought about these things her being bigger or getting a cold or how I wanted her to grow up! Being a parent is never easy! But I feel super blessed having Jack ( Lily's dad) there by my side is the biggest blessing, I couldn't do it without him! We have our days in our relationship like everyone does who has kids it really test your relationship together coming on 4 years this year we are stronger then ever! The key to staying happy is communicating! and everyone fights! its healthy! 

Taking care of Lily is a full time job! I never really get a spear chance to myself to do the things I enjoy! like my Youtube channel or my Blog! but its all about making the time! Taking a break and having those couple of minutes to yourself! 

No one will ever tell you It's going to be easy! Everyone told me It was going to be hard! but having Lily was the best Choice in life! I feel super blessed!

Meet Lilly Lorraine Manning ♡

Hi Dolls, 

So I have been MIA on my blog as you would all know I was pregnant and expecting my daughter on the 4th of May! Well my due date came and a week later on the 11th of May 2015 at 1:46pm after 13 hours of being induced My Beautiful daughter Lily Lorraine Manning was born at 7poud11oz 50cm long! 

My labor was not what i expected or planned in my head! after a week of being overdue, it was mothers day, I was certain that she was going to come I had a gut feeling! at 12am Monday the 11th of May my waters broke! and I when they broke I noticed they were a green colour I called the hospital and they had a feeling by the description of the water that she had done her first  poo inside the womb (meconium Aspiration) so they had to induce me! It was the worst pain when they put the drip in my hand! After they induced me my period camp contractions went to intense 2 minute apart contractions to where I couldn't sit or stand or move! After 7 hours of no pain relief I decided to get the epidural, while I was waiting for the epidural I was on the gas it was the best thing ever I was drunk but I wasn't but it felt like it! an hour later I got the epidural! and I didn't feel a thing! after it was done I could finally relax and get to sleep! But still worried because I was only 3cm dilated and had already been in labor for 8 hours! So I had the talk with the doctors and they said if I don't dilate in the next 3 hours I will need a caesarean and that was my worst nightmare!! So I could finally sleep and after 2 hours I started getting the bad contractions again and I could feel everything! My epidural wore off and I started getting pushing pains the midwifes told me that I won't need to push I won't need to push I won't be dilated! WELL! they checked me and I was 11cm dilated and her head was close to coming out! so they got me ready to push and 46 minutes of pushing Lily was born! She was so beautiful and looked just like her dad, I couldn't stop crying! she was sucking on her hand and calmed down and just stared at me! It was just beautiful! 

Everything was going great until midnight, and she was vomiting! the nurses ran blood test and found out she had Jaundice and her blood was thick and she was dehydrated! My heart was broken, she had to go into the special care nursery for a week! And it was the hardest week of my life, she progressed after my milk came in and I could properly breastfeed her! 

So Thats my Labor story! I would do it all over again! Just to see her little face again 

Lily is now 2 months old! and she is doing so well! she is started to talk and sit up and grab toys and she sleeps through the night in her own bed! I couldn't ask for a better baby! She is just perfect!!!

38 Week Pregnancy Update ♡

 Hi Dolls, 

So I'm back for another pregnancy update blog! Coming to the end of my pregnancy has been very emotional still doesn't feel real I'm so close to meeting m daughter, It feels like It has gone very quick but I have been waiting a life time for her! The last couple of weeks have been a struggle! I haven't been able to sleep much at all, some night's I get the best sleep and some night's I get no sleep, so I have been very up and down I'm one of those grumpy people who get no sleep! The past week I have had to move my stuff to my boyfriends house where I will be living abit after baby is born! and that was alot! My boyfriend lives an hour away from my mums house where I will be giving birth, so I was very anxious being there for a week! and I started having Braxton Hicks at night and sometimes during the day! It was a very crazy week! At my last hospital appointment, they conformed that she is measuring and weighing at a normal size, and that there is no more room for her to grow any bigger! and that she is head down and ready to engage to my pelvis so all that is left to do is wait!

How Big is my Baby: Acording to my Pregnancy + app she is the size of a watermelon :| Weight between 2800-4000gr Length between 48-52 cm

Stretch Marks:  Ugh These are still painful! they are starting to discolour since I haven't gained anymore weight! But have become so itchy! I'm still rubbing bio oil and moisturizers into them! But I'm so glad they look like they are going down!!!

Maternity Clothes: I have only gone up two clothing sizes so I'm still fitting into some of my old clothes and some maternity clothes I brought at the start of my pregnancy ! I love maternity clothes they have been so comfortable! Kmart, Target and BigW have been the best for maternity clothes for me! 

Food Cravings: My Cravings are still the same! its still chewing on ice cubs! which got very bad when my jaw swelled up from chewing hahah but it didn't stop me!

Movements: I'm still feeling her move but not as much as she was she is starting to slow down alot which they say happens towards the end of the pregnancy! I feel big movements at night when I'm trying to get comfortable

What I miss: Ugh I miss not having a belly! I miss my old clothes :'(

What I'm Loving:  I'm loving doing her nursery! it has been so much fun to put her room together with my boyfriend! 

Lifestyle & how it's changed: My lifestyle hasn't changed, I still try and go out! I guess some days I can't be bother to go out and do things! but I still try and stay social!

New Posting Routine! ♡

Hello Everyone, 

So I have some exciting news! I'm starting my Diploma in Beauty Therapy on the 24th of July! I'm so excited to be studying again! 

Now I bet your all wondering what will be happening with my blog and Youtube Channel! don't fear my darlings! 

I have a scheduled routine! So I can fit my blogging and youtube videos and studying in as well! I know I haven't been the best blogger on her! but I have been concentrating on my Youtube Channel to get that up and running! As I already had this blog ready! So now everything is up and everything is sorted! I can now multitask my platforms !

So I Study two days a week for the first term and that is every Thursday and Friday! and then the second trimester its Wednesday, Thursday and Friday WOW right?

So alot of pre-filming and planning will be taking place, but It's still me guyz! I'm not going anywhere!!!!!!! 

So back to where I was getting at so I study Thursday and Friday, Right? 

So my youtube routine is that there will be new videos every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! 3 Days a week! 

And then I will be having Blog post days every Saturday and Tuesday!!!

I have a bunch of reviews of new products and so on! That I can't wait to share with you all! 

So every Monday, Wednesday, Friday is new videos on my youtube channel 

And Every Saturday and Tuesday there will be new blog post!

I thought these would be great just to add abit of volume to a look without going for a full lash!

These lashes are for the outer corner of your eye. They are Super easy to apply and great for beginners.They are a black lash, with a jagged length pattern in order to make them super natural and wispy. These have a black lash band, so are better worn with some kind of liner or dark shadow along the outer 'V'.

These are hand down my favourtie lashes I want to stock up on these lashes and live off these forever! these are like my lashes but longer, these are not too dramatic or to full on these are just the most perfect lashes!

 These are lightweight, natural, and not too long, They are perfect for girls with no natural curl, no volume and no length. They have a criss-crossed pattern in order to blend with any natural hairs you already have, and also this pattern will give the perfect amount of volume!

So hands down these Lashes are beyond amazing and so worth every penny!

I just love the packaging and the quality! If you watch Shaaans videos you would know how glamorous she is and these lashes are her all over! I'm more then impressed! 

I can't wait to try out xobeauty brushes!
