It is the craziest thing to think about how quick times goes and if you have done everything right and if you had enough time, I feel like I have missed everything and I can't remember the past year! I look back at photos to remember just how lucky I have been the past 15 months with beautiful lily and how quick she has grown! from the sweet little angel at 7p11oz now to an 11kg walking talking sassy little princess! I have been so blessed to have this little angel in my life!
From 11 months to now, I knew me and jack are going to have our hands full for the next couple years! Its like she was going on 2 not 1! But its something we have learnt and started to act on! She is a little miss " I need it now or I will scream the house down" And when it comes to cookies she goes crazy! So learning and taking growth steps with her and how to teach her from right and wrong and have our own lives too has been a big learning step!
We made the decision that Lily should go to Daycare 1 Day a week to interact with other kids and have some separation from mummy for when I go back to work, she has been going for almost 4 weeks and now she will be there 5 days a week because I'm now working! Which I'm sad about but I want to full provide for her as jack does and give her the best life possible! So that 1 Day has prepared her for the next 5 days she will be going now! She cries every time I drop her off but its an amazing feeling calling up and she is having fun!
Now that I'm working full time I now get to socialise with other people besides a 15 month old and start to have a little bit of a life again! I have always tried to do things and have me time which has kept a good flow in a day to day lives!
Keeping lily busy is so hard because she is constantly on the go! So on Saturdays her and Jack do swimming lessons! she didn't really like it the 1st class the 2nd class she did better and 3rd class she was ok! She freaks out when she sees me and cries! So i usually hide! But she enjoys it and gives her activities and gets her out! and It will be summer soon and I didn't want her to be scared of the water! And It is a fun thing for her and daddy to do! even tho she wants mum!
We are also try to toilet train! We didn't know if she would enjoy it or not but she loves sitting on the toilet I sit with her and we sing songs and count the abc! we haven't got very far! but as long as she isn't crying we are happy!
We always try and take her on bike rides and walk with her and get her out and do fun things with her! she loves waving to other people and being a straight up nosey!
Lily now walks, Sleeps through the night, packs her toys away, claps, says yes and no, Ta, Mum, Dad, Bub, Yep, Hi, LALA ( her aunty ella) Knows the wiggles, and screams for cookies
